House rules

1. No smoking inside.
2. Check out at 12.00.
3. If you want to check out between 1200 – 1800 you will pay 50 % of the roomrate.
4. If you want to check out after 1800 you have to pay 100 % of the room rate.
5. Don’t use or store any drugs at Ombak Bagus.
6. Please turn of fan’s, lights, etc when you leave your room.
7. If you bring food or drinks from outside please do your own washing up.
8. Please do your dishes after your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
9. Please take off your shoes or sandals when you enter the house or bathroom and hang up you dripping wet towels, clothes, etc. on the line or rack outside or in the garden.
10. Ombak Bagus is not responsible for any loss of- or damage to your property or yourself.
11. Any loss of- or damage to rented or borrowed goods will be charged to you.
12. Please don’t make any noise after 21.00.
13. Long-stay discounts are only given when you pay for the whole period in advance.
14. Please Hang up youre dripping wet towels, clothes, etc. On the line or rack outside or in the
 garden.
15. If you loose youre keys, you have to pay Rp 100.000.
16. Do not bring Durians (sort of fruit) to the Homestay
